Direct Service Advocates provide crisis intervention, advocacy, information/referral, safety planning, and emotional support services to survivors of sexual and domestic violence through answering PWCL’s 24/7 crisis line, case management, hospital response, and community outreach. Direct Service advocates also participate in community partnerships and provide educational presentations.
