Description:
The Portland Women’s Crisis Line is again hosting a vigil for domestic violence homicide victims. PWCL hosted the original vigil in November 2009 after 17 deaths occured in a period of 4 weeks. On October 28, 2010, PWCL will again ask the community to come together to support the victims’ loved ones, survivors and each other.
This event will include a speak out and a candle lighting ceremony.
